If you are recovering from an ankle injury and looking for a support that will speed up your recovery—or give you the confidence to get active again without risking re-injury—look no further. The breathable mesh design uses a high-quality elastic that holds its shape over time. The integrated strapping system has a sleek, low-profile fit that comfortably fits inside a shoe or walking boot (though you may want to go up half a size). This is the gold standard for ankle supports. While cheaper alternatives exist, they are a compromise. Recommended to me by a foot and ankle specialist, this brace has been one of the single most effective parts of my recovery.

Excellent ankle strap, also really thin material which is much better when wearing with a sports shoe. Throughly recommend spending the extra out on this
