14 Day Returns
To request a return, please click here.
Once an order is delivered, you have 14 days to submit a returns request. If you try to submit a returns request after 14 days, you will not be able to. In this instance, please email us at orders@jointoperations.co.uk
Customers are responsible for paying and organising return shipping costs. Please include the order note generated by your return request inside of the package when shipping your return.
Once a return is approved, you have 14 days to return the item to us at your cost. After these additional 14 days, your return may not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns will be subject to a £5 restocking fee that will be automatically deducted form the refund amount, unless the return is due to a faulty product.
Returns Approval Process
Once your returned items are received by us, we will inspect the item and issue an exchange, store credit or refund, whichever you have requested.
Returns must be in their original packaging and fit for re-sale to be approved.
Returns Refusal Process
A return may be refused if requested outside of the 14 day window, or the item is not in re-saleable condition once received at the return address. Our customer service team will notify you via email if this is the case.
Cost of Returns
Returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by our customer service team via email. Returns are also subject to a £5 restocking fee unless the product is faulty.
